65. The Objective vs. The Arbitrary

Under Capitalism and Freedom, the practice of the Rational and the Objective is encouraged and, therefore, increasingly pursued in all human social relationships (personal, business, and governmental) by the majority of individuals. This is due to the freedom of individuals to use their own independent, rational thought and judgment in dealing with other people, and the freedom to choose to associate with other people or not – in both social relationships and economic interactions.

VERSUS –

Under Statism and Force, the practice of the Irrational and the Arbitrary is encouraged and, therefore, increasingly pursued in all human social relationships (personal, business, and governmental) by the majority of individuals. This is due to the lack of freedom for individuals, and businesses, to use their own independent, rational thought and judgment in dealing with other people and/or economic activities, and are forced to associate with other people and businesses they may not wish to deal with – all caused by living under a statist government that continually interferes with, restricts, manipulates, regulates, mandates, and controls human social relationships and economic activities and interactions.
