53. Wealth Accumulation and Personal Happiness

This is my brief discussion regarding Wealth Accumulation and Personal Happiness under Capitalism and Freedom versus Wealth Destruction and Personal Misery under Statism and Force.

Production, accumulation, and protection of earned and properly acquired wealth (man-made material goods) and property (including any and all inheritance).

Capitalism and Freedom encourages and increases the motivation, ambition, and incentives, for individuals to be productive and/or personally successful. Capitalism and Freedom also encourages one to strive to achieve personal values, personal goals, and personal happiness – without truly and/or legitimately violating or infringing upon another’s individual and economic freedom, individual rights, property rights, and derivative freedoms. Therefore, Capitalism and Freedom further represents and encourages the production, accumulation, and protection of earned and properly acquired wealth and property.

VERSUS –

Consumption, redistribution and destruction of wealth, and government theft through taxes-fees-fines and/or direct confiscation of wealth and property (including any and all inheritance).

Statism and Force discourages, diminishes, and destroys any motivation, ambition, or incentives, to be individually productive and/or personally successful. Hope for achieving any personal values, personal goals, or personal happiness diminishes, or is even destroyed, as Statism increases and spreads. Only impoverishment and misery exists under Statism. There is constant violation and infringement – in all kinds of ways – of individual and economic freedom, individual rights, property rights, and derivative freedoms, along with constant interference, regulation and control of a country’s economy, under Statism. Therefore, Statism and Force further represents and encourages consumption, redistribution and destruction of wealth, and legalized (or not) government theft of wealth and property.
